My P90X Review for Shoulders & Arms is a week overdue. I had originally planned this review to roll out last week. My delay came in the form of a 6 year old little girl, and a 4 year old little boy.

Then for say p90x I put them all under p90x/season 1. Then simply changed the file names inside season 1 to.P90X 01 - Chest and BackP90X 02 - PlyometricsP90X 03 - Shoulders and ArmsAnd so forth.Some others I changed the season 1 to mile 1, mile 2, mile 3 and so on.I then took the time to search google images and find decent looking cover art.

And best of all my wife approves the way it looks and easily finds the video she wants. I use the Extended Personal Media (Scanner and Agent). Pretty simple, add fitness section as tv show to PLEX and use the newly installed agent and scanner listed above. Next, dump in local metadata in each exercise video folder (show.png.season01.png in season 01 folder.season02.pn in season 02 folder etc.).

I use a naming convention of: Fitness Show Name - SxxExx - Name of episode.(mp4/avi/mkv). Furthermore, if you have a ton of fitness videos and don't want to do this by hand use either Bulk Rename Utility or ReNamer. Check out this thread for more details and other use cases (like sports):.

Push yourself. Install windows 2000 in dosbox for mac computer. It’s easy to wimp out early when you’re pacing yourself.The guys in this workout are trying to bulk up.

If you just want to get sculpted and lean then use a weight you can handle for the entire run of the clock. If you want to bulk then you can max out your weight and do less reps.Tony walks around posing a lot. Get used to it. He’ll grow on you.The weights I’m putting in this review are what I use when I do this workout. It’s meant to help you pick your weights.

Modify as you need to.I like that I can do this video during my lunch break or during the day and not have a red face or keep sweating for several hours afterwards. Sometimes that matters. You may have to work on finding a position that doesn’t hurt your hip. Don’t drop down onto your shoulder after each rep.
