How To Install Gwt-Dev-Plugin.Xpi
For some reason earlier today, the GWT devmode plugin started crashing myFirefox. I wasn't doing any kind of updating, the plugin wasn't even beingused, the browser just suddenly crashed and wouldn't restart until Idisabled the plugin in safe mode; all my other plugins are working fine, soit's definitely this one causing trouble. Right now, if I turn the pluginback on, Firefox won't even launch at all.Anyone got any suggestions for what the issue may be? I've tried a fullclean reinstall of Firefox (after deleting cache and all that), but even ona completely clean install it wouldn't work, crashes right on launch.Firefox version is 22.0, DMP version is 1.23, so both the latest as of thistime.
Installation(on Ubuntu): sudo apt-get install ufw; Configuration script: #!/bin/sh # disable and reset ufw sudo ufw reset -force # deny everything sudo ufw default deny # allow remote ssh connection from host 1.2.3.4 sudo ufw allow proto tcp from 1.2.3.4 to any port 22 # allow remote ssh connection from host 1.2.3.5 sudo ufw allow proto tcp from 1.2.3.5 to any port 22 # trust remote ip 1.2.3. Add the Google Plugin and GWT SDK version 2.4 to the installed Eclipse IDE ( Required ). Firefox: https://dl.google.com/dl/gwt/plugins/firefox/gwt-dev-plugin.xpi.
Windows version is 7 x64, if that's relevant.I'd appreciate any suggestions! For some reason earlier today, the GWT devmode plugin started crashing myFirefox. Brian Slesinsky I just pushed out an update for Firefox 23 yesterday.
Open Xpi File Firefox
Firefox 22 should have been unaffected (I didn't rebuild the Windows binary for 22) but perhaps something went wrong. For comparison, the previous release is here: But since Firefox 23 should be released today, it probably isn't worth spending much time figuring out what went wrong with Firefox 22. I'd recommend upgrading to Firefox 23 and trying it with the latest pluginat Aug 6, 2013 at 6:11 pm.
Brian Slesinsky I am mystified. I've verified that there is no difference between the 1.22 and 1.23 xpi files except for bumping the version in install.rdf, modifying chrome.manifest to list the new libraries, and adding the new DLL for Firefox 23. Assuming I understand how chrome.manifest works, the new DLL shouldn't be used with Firefox 22. Nonetheless, I was able to reproduce the bug using Firefox 22.

It doesn't happen with Firefox 23. You received this message because you are subscribed to the Googleat Aug 6, 2013 at 7:26 pm. How To Download Xpi File

Just to say it was same here yesterday. My colleague's and my Firefox with DMP were crashing on startup. 8/6 18:30 PST, with Firefox 22.0, DMP 1.23 on Windows 7 64 bit. After updating FF from 22 to 23, the problem went away. Better stopping auto-updater anyway.
